translated content from the source to the targeted language. This sampling is constantly

and measured throughout the entire project to ensure a high level of quality control of

Once final sampling has been conducted a final quality check is implemented to review for

consistency, accuracy, and overall design integrity.

A final comprehensive project assessment is conducted once files have been transmitted to the

client. This assessment covers the project’s specifics and whether or not goals were successfully

met, deadlines kept, and in general which elements of the work went well and which offered

opportunities for improvement.

The client feedback is then solicited in order to receive input on the overall success of the project

from the client’s perspective. The goal is to refine best practices and ensure continuous

improvement.

The final stage of the “Post Project Review” phase consists of monitoring the client’s feedback

which

includes the customized processes to translate any new or revised content and to carry out

front

and back end modifications necessary to satisfy all client’s goals and objectives. The final

revised

translated documents are accomplished only with the constant interaction between the

“Project

Manager” and the client throughout all phases of the translation project. In conclusion,

once all

three document translation phases are adequately managed and finalized, all additions

and

alterations to the original content will be efficiently implemented in the final translated versions

and

the client’s goals and objective will be completely satisfied.
