The Production Phase

  •  Initial Client Review

We review the agreed-upon specifications to effectively plan the framework and assign the
best-qualified linguists for the project. We establish thereafter a terminology database, which
enables consistent use of technical terms which can be dependent upon industry standards,
organization specific, or project specific terminology.  This process is established only in
agreement and with adequate communication with our customers.  The importance of this
process is to maintain consistency throughout the document translation project.

  •  Text Translation and Editing

We manage the production phase of our translation project by closely adhering to a high
quality standard of translation, editing, formatting, compilation, and proofreading/verification
process.  After translation completion we will compare target text to source text and confirm
that the document translated is complete, accurate, and free from discrepancies and errors
from the source text as well as ensure consistency of terminology and concepts throughout
the entire document translation project.  In addition, we will also ensure that the translated
document’s spelling and grammar are correct, coherent, and readable in comparison to the
source text.  All translated text are proofread by experienced native speakers of the targeted
language which have a distinct expertise in technical vocabulary vital to the material
    contained within the document.

  •   Final Formatting Compilation

We ensure that all project documents are translated into the target language by determining
the target language’s appropriate texts such as spelling, grammar and punctuation in
relation to customer’s specifications.  During the document translation production phase,
there is a stylistic format layout analysis of the translated text which thoroughly examines
any graphical elements or formatting alterations which resulted due to an increase or
decrease of text necessary to convey the message translated from the source to the target
language.  We then determine with the customer whether or not these culturally specific
items should be deleted or retained from the translated documents final results.

  •   Proofing, Verification

We certify and discuss with our customers in advance how project status results will be
measured and project timelines communicated.  We also establish the means to incorporate
quality control into every aspect of our document translation process.  Our quality assurance
process consists of developing a clear document translation project specification agreement
between ourselves and our customers and abiding by it throughout every step of our
rigorous quality assurance process.   We also assure that all deadlines are adequately met
    on a timely basis.
