    interpretation.

  • Adhere to all code of ethics, especially regarding confidentiality.

  • Act as a cultural broker when appropriate.

  • Provide word picture or description when a lack of equivalence exists
    for a particular concept or term.

  • Perform adequately regarding general and industry specific vocabulary
    in both the Source and the Target language.

  • Provide a complete and accurate interpretation, and ability to
    demonstrate problem solving techniques when a technical barrier may
    exist.

  • Provide adequate listening, recall and comprehension skills with an
    excellent command of both languages.
