Lone Star Interpreters

Lone Star Interpreters LLC, is founded and operated by a group of professional linguists.
As professional interpreters ourselves formerly working for other leading language
service providers for so many years, we fully understand the needs of our customers as
well as those in need of our services. We have witnessed the constant threat on the
survival of US based professional interpreters jobs being outsourced to foreign countries
merely for the sake of generating greater revenue.  Ultimately the consequences of these
actions lead to more and more US based interpreters losing jobs and in turn contribute to
the already sky rocking unemployment numbers within the US.  Therefore, as a remedy to
this ever present threat within the industry, we collectively decided to join forces and
launch a language service company emphasizing our core values of
Fair Treatment

for All and our Commitment to providing language services at very affordable
rates without compromising the quality of our service.
Who We Are

Lone Star Interpreters provide top-notch interpreters with years of experience in the
subject matter they are specialized in.
In addition, once screened and tested, a future Lone Star Interpreter is then submitted
to rigorous LSI training sessions during which they are taught the LSI Signature
Customer Service Protocol which consists of the following:

capabilities to creates value for our customers. Since we are linguists ourselves and our
company is privately owned,  we directly oversee our business and make all decisions
that will enhance the overall quality and accountability of the language services that we
provide in addition of having the flexibility to cut down on unnecessary price mark-ups.

At Lone Star Interpreters, we strive to apply our Fair Treatment Practice to each
person at every level. We fairly compensate our linguists and constantly consult with
them on how to make their task easier by associating new technologies and tools. We
make sure all our linguists are happy and stay happy that’s why we are the over the
phone voice with a smile and our customer service speaks for itself as it remains
unparalleled.
Most interpretation companies claim to be “The best”, the “industry leaders” yet won’t
let you be the judge of it without locking your organization in a high risk contract in
which your organization can’t freely terminate without financial repercussions. At Lone
Star Interpreters, we are confident in the quality of our services therefore our clients
are given the right to terminate any Service Agreement by simply submitting a 30 days
written notice without any financial repercussions.

Confidentiality Pledge

Due to the high level of secrecy of our profession, at Lone Star Interpreters, we made
Confidentiality top priority in our professional Code of Ethics. All our interpreters and
Customer Service Agents abide by our Confidentiality Agreement that is signed and kept
on file.  Lone Star Interpreter’s administrative staff will never disclose a list of our clients
to any party and will never discuss the type of assistance we provide to any of our
customers with anyone as doing so will automatically result in termination.

Professional Code of Ethics

All Lone Star Interpreters are abide by the ASTM and the ATA Interpreter‘s Code of Ethics
and Professional Conduct. The Professional Interpreter Code of Ethics is an integral part
of our interpreters’ orientation, a mandatory session to all Star Interpreters staff prior to
engaging in any interpreting assignment.  In addition to reading and signing the Code of
Ethics, group discussions including case studies and challenging examples are
conducted.
